My time at the hotel was really good. The service was excellent, and Marwan, a guy who works there, was super helpful. He made me feel safe in a new country and gave me good advice about avoiding tricky situations in Egypt. Whenever I needed something, he was quick to help. They cleaned my room every day, paying attention to small details. The water there was the best I’ve had in Egypt. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Very good hotel for anybody wanting to stay for a couple of days in Cairo. The view from window of romm is amazing. Staff helpful and ready to satisfy any of your wish. I don't have to ask they will come up with the solution. Very firendly staff.Location is perfect to go anywhere in Cairo. Much recommended.Jurek

I stayed in the Delux room on floor 38. After reading some comments I was hesitant but once I saw the room, I was very relieved. A few comments referring to earlier critics. Bathroom shower has a glass division, which prevents the spreading of water, as a single female I felt very safe in the area even at night time. It is well-visited and many people go for walks along the Nile. What I liked: staff is very friendly and accommodating and the reception on floor 1 had always staff who are fluent in English during my 5 nights stay. The breakfast is indeed very generous and nice to have it on the beautiful balcony with amazing view. The room, bathroom and balcony are very clean. I did sleep with ear plugs as there is a lot of life on the ships on the nile but mainly on the weekend only. The elevators were very prompt and fast and there is also a telephone inside in case of emergency. All in all a very good stay and I recommend it.

The hotel was really beautiful, Perfect location to see the Nile river, the view was amazing especially at night…Everything was close by, soo many restaurants, store and more.. The area was safe and everyone was always willing to help with direction and anything.The rooms was clean, breakfast was nice and the bed was very comfortable.."Mohamed Salah" the receptionist was super nice, such a friendly guy, always ready for a chat and always checking to see how my day was going.. he made me feel welcome and very comfortable throughout my whole stay.Kareem the boss was such an awesome man.. kind, friendly and very chilled.

EXtremely friendly staff, Extremely good location near to everything in cairo ;Magic view as u can see the River Nile and the pyramids from ur room ; I like the tradition Egyptian breakfast;so i considered it's one of the best value for money friendly hotels in Cairo.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and the friends at the reception were very interested. The breakfast comes to your room, the rooms are very clean and the nile view is amazing! You can walk to many places in the central location.

excellent value for money. Great view of Nile and Pyramids. supermarket within 5 mins walk. there is a kiosk for money exchange just beside the property. Neighbourhood is not touristy. Hotel is on the 20th floor with good views.
